ee44 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. In this document, "platform", "site", or "ee44" refers to the ee44.bar website and all services operated under it.

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. The information you must provide at the time of account registration:

2.3 Account Security

2.4 Information Verification

ee44 reserves the right to verify your identity and the information you have provided at any time. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account closure.

3.1 Deposit Methods

Payment methods currently accepted at ee44 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. ee44 generally completes the withdrawal process within 1 hour.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal:

• Wagering requirements for any applicable bonuses must be met
• There must be no active investigation or hold on the account

3.3 General Transaction Rules

ee44 does not charge any additional fees on transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. If a transaction is suspicious or there is concern about money laundering, ee44 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the transaction.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ee44 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000; if you deposit ৳32,000 or more you will receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may have its own terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the bonus offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• A promotional offer cannot be applied more than once to the same member, household, address, or device.
• ee44 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time, particularly in cases of abuse.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the bonus conditions are met may result in cancellation of the bonus.

5.1 General Betting Rules

ee44 offers sports betting, casino games, and live games. All bets and games are conducted under clear and transparent rules. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.

5.2 Game Fairness

ee44 is committed to ensuring fair play. The games used on the platform are developed by accredited game providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is affected by a technical failure, disconnection, or server problem, ee44 may cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. This decision is final and binding.

5.4 Special Sports Betting Provisions

In sports betting, ee44 reserves the right to change the displayed odds. The odds applicable at the time a bet is accepted shall be considered final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant rules will apply.

• Attempting to gain an advantage using software, bots, automated systems, or hacking methods

• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method or account
• Engaging in fraudulent activities with other members
• Attempting unauthorized access to ee44's systems

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

7.1 ee44's Rights

ee44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these Terms is detected
• Identity verification fails or false information is provided
• The account has been inactive for an extended period
• Suspicious financial activity is detected
• Restrictions apply by ee44's own decision or by court order

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure by Member

If you wish to close your account at any time, please contact the support team. Complete any pending withdrawals before closing the account. Once an account is closed, it may not be recoverable.

7.3 Balance During Suspension

If an account is closed for a reason other than a breach of Terms, any valid balance will be returned after the investigation is complete. If closed due to a breach of Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

ee44 accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure
• Issues caused by errors in third-party game provider software
• Loss caused by keeping account passwords or information insecure
• Financial loss resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions
• Service disruption caused by force majeure, natural disaster, or any other unavoidable circumstance

ee44's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
